Record Description:

Records relating to the physical and intellectual control of the office's records. May include: files classification schemes/guidelines; inventories; records center transmittals/retrievals; master indexes, lists, registers, tracking systems, databases and other finding aids used to access records; and related correspondence/communications.
 
Excludes records covered by:  Records Destruction Log (GS 11001.0001.18429).
 
Note: Master indexes, lists, registers, tracking systems, databases, and other finding aids for records designated as Archival should be retained with the records and transferred to University Archives.

Retention Requirement: Until no longer needed

Disposition after Retention: Destroy
