Record Description
Records of policy-setting committees, councils, task forces, and other deliberative or governance bodies (other than the Board of Trustees, Faculty Senate, and Associated Students Board of Directors). May apply to bodies at the university, division, college, or departmental level. Typical records include charge/statement of authority, meeting agendas and minutes, and reports or other mandated output.
Does not include records of adjudicative bodies, curriculum committees, or records of search committees, for which separate schedules apply, and does not apply to informal, non-reporting groups.
